ABP Energytek Industries Private Limited (CIN No. U74999OR2018PTC028544), a company promoted by the combination of four professionals, all having experience of around three decades. The main pillar of the company, on whose name the company has been incorporated is Er. Amalendu Bhusan Pattanayak, who has experience of around three decades in the field of manufacturing of Boilers/Thermo Fluid heaters etc. Mr. Pattanayak, after Completion of professional/ technical Course in 1993, joined at a boiler manufacturing company as technical head and continued till 2002. And thereafter started an approved boiler erection & repairing work.

Further he started his own boiler manufacturing firm named Energytek Boilers, a partnership firm with his wife as partner which later converted to company named Energytek Boiler Pvt Ltd. Now to move ahead, after joining hands with other three directors/promoters of different fields, form company named ABP Energytek Industries Private Limited, with all latest machineries having working area of more than 30000 square feet over land of Ac. 3.0 which is allotted by IDCO at Idco I.E., Ramdashpur in Cuttack District. The rest three promoters of the company include Mr. Arun Saraf, who turn around the loss making MARKFED owned solvent extraction Plant located at Bargarh and the unit is running successfully since around last two decades. Another Promoter Mr. Shyam Kansal, IIM, Kolkata who also belongs to Bargarh, he along-with his family members running three nos. of rice mills along with Power plant and running successfully since last two decades. One more promoter Mr. Bimal Kumar, Chartered Accountant having experience of more than twenty-five years, is a non-executive director of the company.
